These terms apply when you use the Raathya GoldSavings app of Raathya Jewellery, No. 159, PV Kovil Street, Udumalaipettai, Tiruppur District, Tamil Nadu 642126 (GSTIN 33JYEPK8534A1ZJ). By using the app you agree to them.

Account

• You must be 18 or older and use your own mobile number. Keep your phone and app lock safe; payments made from your logged-in app are treated as made by you.
• Details you give (name, PAN, bank) must be true. We may ask for KYC before payouts or large purchases.

Savings schemes

• Each scheme's amount, duration, bonus and rules are shown in the app before you join. Those scheme terms are part of these terms.
• Money schemes: monthly instalments are added up and used to buy jewellery at our store at maturity, with the scheme's bonus if all instalments are paid on time.
• Grams schemes: each payment is turned into grams at that day's rate after GST and V.A. shown on the pay screen. The grams saved are used to buy jewellery at our store.
• Savings are redeemed only as jewellery at our store, not as cash. Closing a scheme early lets you use what you paid, without the bonus.

Prices

Gold and silver rates change daily. Jewellery prices shown in the app are estimates at today's rate; the bill uses the rate on the day of purchase. V.A. (value addition) and GST are shown separately.

Payments

Online payments are processed by PhonePe. A payment is confirmed only after PhonePe confirms it to us. If money is debited but not confirmed, see our refund policy.

Reservations

A reserved item is kept for you for the hold days shown in the app; you pay and collect it at the store.

Limits of liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, network or payment partner. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction in question.

Law

These terms follow Indian law. Courts at Udumalaipettai / Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
