Delete your account

You can delete your Raathya GoldSavings account and personal details at any time.
From the app
- Open the app and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Email raathyajewellery@gmail.com or call 9750005671 from your registered mobile number and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 7 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your name, mobile number, PAN, Aadhaar digits, bank details, address, email, date of birth, nominee, wishlist and likes. You can no longer log in.
- Kept for 8 years: bills and payment records, without your contact details, because GST and income tax law require it.
- If you have a running savings scheme, gold balance or reservation, please close or redeem it at the store first.
