Scheme instalments and grams payments

• Scheme payments are savings towards jewellery and are not refunded as cash once credited. You can stop a scheme early and use the amount paid (or grams saved) for jewellery at our store, without the bonus.
• A scheme with no payments can be cancelled from the app at any time.

Failed or double payments

• If money is debited but the payment shows as failed or pending, it is usually reversed automatically by PhonePe / your bank within 5–7 working days.
• If you were charged twice for the same instalment, or the amount is not reversed in 7 working days, contact us with the payment reference. We refund the extra amount to the same payment method within 7 working days of confirming it.

Jewellery

Jewellery is bought and paid for at our store. Exchange and returns follow the store policy printed on the bill. Reservations made in the app need no payment and can be cancelled in the app.
