This policy explains how Raathya Jewellery ("we", "us"), a proprietorship of Velmani Kumaravel (GSTIN 33JYEPK8534A1ZJ), collects and uses your information when you use the Raathya GoldSavings app and our stores.
What we collect
- Mobile number, to log you in with a one-time password (OTP).
- Profile details you give us: name, date of birth, anniversary, address, email, nominee.
- KYC details where the law needs them: PAN, last 4 digits of Aadhaar, bank account and IFSC (for payouts).
- Savings and purchase records: scheme payments, grams credited, bills, reservations, wishlist, reels you like.
- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment partner (PhonePe). We receive the payment status and reference number. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
- Device data: app version and basic error logs, to keep the app working. The app lock PIN and fingerprint stay on your phone and are never sent to us.
How we use it
- To run your account, savings schemes, purchases and payouts.
- To send you OTPs, payment receipts, due reminders, rate updates and offers (you can turn notifications off in your phone settings).
- To issue GST invoices and meet tax, KYC and anti-money-laundering rules.
- To answer your questions and improve our service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with: our payment partner (PhonePe), our SMS provider (for OTPs), our hosting provider, and government authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you use it. Bills and payment records are kept for 8 years as required by GST and income tax law, even after you delete your account.
Your choices
- See and edit your profile in the app under Profile.
- Delete your account from the app (Profile > Delete my account) or as explained on our account deletion page.

Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to customer records is limited to our staff who need it.
Children
The app is meant for people aged 18 and above.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
